Article 7 Protocol tussen de Benelux-Staten (het Koninkrijk België, het Groothertogdom Luxemburg, het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden) en Georgië ter uitvoering van de Overeenkomst tussen de Europese Unie en Georgië inzake de overname van personen die zonder vergunning op het grondgebied verblijven

1 If the Requesting Party is unable to provide any document as referred to in article 8 of the Agreement and the Requested Party is unable to establish the nationality of that person otherwise, the diplomatic or consular mission of the Requested Party, at the request of the Requesting Party, shall conduct an interview with the person to be readmitted within four days after the submission of the readmission application. The readmission application shall be replied to in writing within the time limits established in article 10, paragraph 2, of the Agreement.

2 The Requesting Party shall transport the person to be interviewed to the diplomatic or consular mission of the Requested Party. Upon agreement between the Parties, the interview can be held outside the diplomatic or consular mission of the Requested Party. Transportation costs shall be covered by the Requesting Party.

3 If, for practical reasons, the interview with the person to be readmitted was not organized within the time limit set in paragraph 1, at the written request of the Requesting Party, the Requested Party shall make a decision regarding the readmission application after the interview is held.
