Resolution concerning the coming into force of the Constitution

The Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration

In view of Article 33 of the Constitution, under the terms of which the said Constitution shall come into force for those Member Governments of the Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration which have accepted it, in accordance with their respective constitutional processes, at the first Committee Meeting after:

(a) at least two-thirds of the Members of the Committee, and

(b) a number of Members, representing at least 75 % of the contributions to the administrative part of the budget, shall have communicated to the Director their acceptance of this Constitution,

Resolves

to hold a session within ninety days of the Director's having received the notifications as laid down in this Article.
