Article 4 Overeenkomst tussen de Benelux-Staten en Belize inzake de vrijstelling van de visumplicht voor houders van geldige diplomatieke paspoorten

1 A national of Belize who is appointed at a diplomatic mission or consular post or a mission to an international organization located in the territory of a Benelux State bearing a valid diplomatic passport and has been assigned with the authorities of the receiving Benelux State may enter, depart from and stay in the territory of that Benelux State without a visa for the duration of his or her accreditation or assignation.

2 A national of a Benelux State who is appointed at a diplomatic mission or consular post or a mission to an international organization located in the territory of Belize bearing a valid diplomatic passport and has been registered with the authorities of Belize may enter, depart from and stay in the territory of Belize without a visa for the duration of his or her accreditation or assignation.

3 The sending State shall notify the receiving State of the arrival of the members of diplomatic missions or consular posts or missions to international organizations mentioned in paragraph 1 or 2 of this Article and they shall comply with the accreditation and assignation regulations of the receiving State.
