IMPLEMENTATION AND APPLICATION

All necessary practical provisions for the implementation of this Agreement shall be laid down in the Implementing Protocol. The Implementing Protocol shall regulate inter alia:

1. the designation of the competent authorities of the Parties;

2. the designation of the border crossing points;

3. the establishment of the means of evidence;

4. the conditions under which and the manner in which persons to be readmitted or to travel in transit are escorted.

The Implementation Protocol forms an integral part of this Agreement.
