Section (1):

Routes to be operated by the designated airline or airlines of the State of Kuwait:

Section (2):

Routes to be operated by the designated airline or airlines of Sint Maarten:

FROM | INTERMEDIATE POINTS | TO | BEYOND POINTS

Any Points in Sint Maarten | Any Points | Any Points in Kuwait | Any Points

Notes:

(i) Intermediate points and points beyond may, at the option of the designated airlines, be omitted on any or all flights provided that the agreed services on these routes begin and terminate at a point in the territory of the Contracting Party designating the airline.

(ii) The designated airlines of either Contracting Party may, on any or all flights, exercise fifth freedom traffic rights at any of the intermediate and/or beyond points.

(iii) This Agreement excludes the exercise of commercial traffic rights by airlines designated by Kuwait between Sint Maarten and the Netherlands (including the Caribbean part of the Netherlands); Sint Maarten and Curacao and Sint Maarten and Aruba.
