Section 1 Verdrag inzake luchtdiensten tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Sint Maarten, en IJsland

International Air Services

Airlines of each Party designated under this Annex shall, in accordance with the terms of their designation, be entitled to perform international air services between points on the following routes:

The designated airline or airlines of Sint Maarten shall be entitled to operate scheduled international air services in both directions on the routes specified hereafter:

Points in Sint Maarten | Intermediate points | Points in Iceland | Points beyond

any point | any point | any point | any point

For all-cargo service or services, the designated airlines shall be entitled to exercise full seventh freedom traffic rights between Sint Maarten and any point or points.

The designated airline or airlines of Iceland shall be entitled to operate scheduled international air services in both directions on the routes specified hereafter:

Points in Iceland | Intermediate points | Points in Sint Maarten | Points beyond

any point | any point | any point | any point

For all-cargo service or services, the designated airless shall be entitled to exercise full seventh freedom traffic rights between Iceland and any point or points.

This Agreement excludes the exercise of commercial traffic rights by designated airlines of Iceland between Sint Maarten and the Netherlands (including the Caribbean part of the Netherlands), Sint Maarten and Curaçao and Sint Maarten and Aruba.
