XV — Ad Article 25 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Colombia tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en het voorkomen van het ontduiken en ontwijken van belasting

Ad Article 25

It is understood that an additional subparagraph c) of paragraph 3 of this Article reading:

“c) For purposes of applying this paragraph, with respect to a resident of a Contracting State, business activities conducted in that Contracting State by connected persons shall be deemed to be conducted by such resident.”

shall apply if, after the signing of this Convention, Colombia negotiates and concludes with a third State a convention which contains the same or a similar provision. Such additional subparagraph shall apply to this Convention from the date of entry into force of the convention with the third State.
