Article 11 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Staat Koeweit inzake luchtdiensten tussen en via hun onderscheiden grondgebieden

FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

Either Contracting Party undertakes to grant the Designated Airline(s) of the other Contracting Party the right of free transfer, at the applicable rate of exchange, of the excess of receipts over expenditure (including any interest earned on deposit awaiting remittance) achieved in its Territory in connection with the carriage of passengers, baggage, mail shipments, cargo and ancillary or supplemented services by the Designated Airline(s) of the other Contracting Party. Whenever the payments system between the Contracting Parties is governed by a special agreement, that agreement shall apply.
