Annex — Route Schedule Luchtvaartverdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Curaçao, en de Federale Regering van Oostenrijk

Route Schedule

Section I:

A. The airline(s) designated by the Republic of Austria shall be entitled to operate scheduled air services in both directions on routes specified hereafter:

Points in Austria | Any points | Points in Curaçao | Any points

B. The airline(s) designated by Curaçao shall be entitled to operate scheduled air services in both directions on routes specified hereafter:

Points of Origin: | Intermediate points: | Points of Destination: | Points beyond:

Points in Curaçao | Any points | Points in Austria | Any points

Section II:

Any intermediate points and points beyond may be served by the designated airline(s) of each Contracting Party without exercising Fifth Freedom traffic rights.

Section III:

The designated airline(s) of either Contracting Party may, on any or all flights, omit calling at any of the intermediate and/or beyond points, provided that the agreed services on this route start and terminate in the territory of that Contracting Party.

Section IV:

This Agreement excludes the exercise of commercial traffic rights by the designated airlines of Austria between points in Curaçao and the Netherlands (including the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the Islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba)), between Curaçao and Sint Maarten, and between Curaçao and Aruba.
