The Benelux Delegation stated that in the administration of these import restrictions, and in the consultations pertaining thereto as well as in all other matters connected with these restrictions, the Governments of the Benelux countries would be guided by the principles presented in paragraph 6 (b) of the Second Protocol, and that they undertook to remove such restrictions as soon as possible for the earliest realisation of the full application of Article II of the Agreement on Commerce.
