Article 10 Verdrag inzake de Instelling van een Veiligheidscontrole op het gebied van de Kernenergie

(a) The Agency shall promote the development in participating countries of training in matters relating to nuclear energy, so as to assist in meeting the demand for scientific and technical personnel in this field.

(b) To this end, the Steering Committee shall take such steps as will make it possible, by co-operation between participating and associated countries,

(i) to use to the maximum degree and to develop existing training facilities in competent national institutions;

(ii) to organise supplementary training as necessary on an international basis, for teachers, students or engineers.
