The Ministry of Foreign Affairs presents its compliments to the Royal Netherlands Embassy and has the honour to refer to the Embassy's Note 4338, dated 30th September 1966, which Note reads as follows:

The aforementioned proposal as set out by the Royal Netherlands Government is acceptable to the Government of Uganda as constituting an agreement between the two Governments.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Royal Netherlands Embassy the assurance of its highest consideration.
