Article 3 Overeenkomst betreffende de rechtspositie van het personeel van de staten van herkomst dat is verbonden aan een internationaal militair hoofdkwartier van de NAVO in de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland

The sending States and the Federal Republic of Germany shall have the rights and obligations in respect of the status of the persons referred to in Article 2 of the present Agreement, which are given to, or imposed upon, them in each case pursuant to the NATO Status of Forces Agreement and the Supplementary Agreement with regard to the members of the force, of the civilian component, and their dependents, in so far as the rights and obligations arising from the NATO Status of Forces Agreement have not been vested in or attached to the appropriate Supreme Headquarters and the authorities responsible under it, pursuant to the Protocol.
