Sir,

I have the honour to suggest that the air agreement between the Government of the United Arab Republic and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the establishment of scheduled air services between and beyond their respective territories signed to-day supersedes upon its entry into force the Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Government of Egypt for the establishment of scheduled air services between and beyond their respective territories, signed at Cairo on December 8, 1949.

If your Government is in agreement with the above, I may kindly ask you to confirm the agreement of your Government to the contents of this letter.
