Article 5 Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Volksrepubliek Polen inzake samenwerking op veterinair gebied

1 All questions resulting from the implementation of this Convention shall be considered by a mixed committee.

2 The committee shall consist of three members of each of the Contracting Parties of whom at least two should be veterinary physicians employed by the proper veterinary authorities.

3 The representatives shall meet alternately at The Hague and at Warsaw at times to be determined in each case when both Contracting Parties recognise this as necessary and in any case at least once every two years.

4 Conflicts as to which no agreement was reached by representatives of both Contracting Parties shall be settled through diplomatic channels.
