I have the honour to confirm the receipt of your note of today's date which reads as follows:

I have the honour to inform you that my Government agrees with the contents of your note and to confirm that this note and your note shall be considered as constituting an agreement between the Government of Japan and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands which will become effective upon the receipt by the Government of Japan of the written notification from the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands of the completion of necessary domestic procedures on the side of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to Your Excellency the assurances of my highest consideration.
