Article 1 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van de Nederlandse Antillen, en de Britse Maagdeneilanden inzake de uitwisseling van informatie betreffende belastingen

For the purpose of facilitating the exchange of information under the Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of the Netherlands Antilles, and the British Virgin Islands for the Exchange of Information with Respect to Taxes (herein after referred to as “the Agreement”), where information received by the competent authority of the Requested Party is not sufficient to enable it to comply with the request, it shall advise the competent authority of the Requesting Party of that fact and request such additional information as may be required to enable the effective processing of the request.
