Article 13 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden ten behoeve van de Nederlandse Antillen en het Koninkrijk België inzake luchtvervoer

1 For any segment, or segments of the respective routes a designated airline may during any one continuous flight, change type of aircraft at any point of the route.

2 In operating the agreed air services on the routes specified in the Annex, each designated airline may enter into code-share arrangements with an airline of any nationality provided the latter airline holds the appropriate route and traffic rights. In respect of any tickets sold, the airline makes it clear to the purchaser at the point of sale which airline will operate each sector of the service and with which airline or airlines the purchaser is entering into a contractual relationship.
