Nr. II Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Arabische Republiek Egypte inzake het Nederlands Instituut voor Archeologie en Arabische Studien te Kairo

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt presents its compliments to the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Cairo, and have the honour to acknowledge receipt of its Note No. 2763 of 21st of April, 1983 referring to the Agreement concerning the Netherlands Institute of Archaeology and Arabic Studies to be signed once a date has been set:

This Note states the following:

In reply the Ministry informs the Embassy that the above mentioned understanding is correct and acceptable to the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and that the Embassy's Note and this reply shall constitute an integral part of the Agreement between the two countries to enter into force as from the date of signature of the Agreement.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of Cultural and Technical Cooperation, avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Cairo the assurances of its highest consideration.
