Dear Mr. Director General,

I have the honor to refer to your letter of April 29, 1986, and to convey the agreement of my Government to the proposal contained therein to increase by ten additional personnel the current staffing of the Force Military Police Unit contributed by the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Multinational Force and Observers (MFO). I therefore confirm that your letter, together with this reply, shall together constitute an agreement effective this date between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the MFO in accordance with the provisions of your letter, and on the understanding that all other aspects of the Netherlands' participation in the MFO as set forth in the agreement by exchange of letters of March 2 and 4, 1982, its extensions, and related understandings, remain unaffected.
