Dear Mr Hunt,

I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated August 1, 1983, which reads as follows:

I have furthermore the honour to confirm that the arrangements contained in your letter are acceptable to the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and that your letter and this response will constitute an agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Multinational Force and Observers (MFO), which will enter into force on the date of this response with retro-active effect from 22 April 1982.
