Nr. II Notawisseling tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Staat Israël houdende een overeenkomst inzake het verlenen van vergunningen aan zendamateurs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs presents its compliments to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and has the honour to refer to the Embassy's Note No. 1943 of 29 April 1982 proposing to conclude an Agreement with the Government of the State of Israel for the reciprocal granting of authorizations to permit licensed amateur radio operators of either country to operate stations in the other country, which reads as follows:

The Ministry has the honour to inform the Embassy that the foregoing proposal is acceptable by the Government of the State of Israel and that it agrees that the Embassy's Note and this Note shall constitute an Agreement between the two Governments which shall enter into effect on the date of receipt of this Note.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands the assurances of its highest consideration.
