The Ministry of Foreign Affairs presents its compliments to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany and has the honour to acknowledge receipt of the Embassy's Note No. 500.72, dated 14 August 1987, which reads as follows:

In reply, the Ministry has the honour to inform the Embassy that the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, who therefore agree that the Embassy's Note together with this reply to that effect shall constitute an Agreement between the two Governments which shall enter into force on the date on which the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands has notified the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany that the procedures constitutionally required therefor have been completed in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
