Article 24 Verdrag inzake de oprichting van de Caraïbische Postunie, met Protocol inzake voorrechten en immuniteiten van de Caraïbische Postunie

THE HEADQUARTERS COUNTRY / DUTIES

1 To facilitate the operations of the Union and the Secretariat, the government of the Union Headquarter shall:

– grant the privileges and immunities in accordance with Article 15 of the Convention,

– take any and all other necessary measures to enable the Secretariat to discharge its responsibilities, and the Union to attain its purpose,

– facilitate the entry and sojourn in, and exit from the Headquarters Country of any official of the Union to perform official business related to the Union.

2 The provisions of this paragraph shall also apply to spouses and immediate dependants living with or visiting the official referred to in the preceding paragraph.
