The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey presents its compliments to the Royal Netherlands Embassy and has the honor to acknowledge the receipt of the Embassy's Note No-75 dated 19 January 1994 of which reads as follows:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey has the honor to inform the acception of the proposal of the Royal Netherlands Embassy and agrees that the above mentioned Note and this reply to it constitute an agreement on the first day of the third month following the date which the Embassy receives this Note.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey avails itself of this opportunity to renew the Royal Netherlands Embassy the assurances of its highest consideration.
