The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia presents its compliments to the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Vienna and has the honour to acknowledge the receipt of the Embassy's Note dated 7 March 1996 which reads as follows:

The Ministry has the honour to confirm that the foregoing proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and that the Embassy's Note and this Note constitute an arrangement which shall enter into force on the date on which each of the two Governments has notified the other of the completion of their internal procedures necessary for its entering into force.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Vienna the assurances of its highest consideration.
