Note verbale

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus presents its compliments to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and has the honour to refer to the latter's Note No. CZ/ROM-463, dated 3/8/1993 which reads as follows:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to inform the Embassy that the Government of the Republic of Cyprus is in agreement with the above mentioned proposals.

In accordance with Article 27, paragraph 4, of the Convention, this exchange of Notes shall constitute an arrangement as provided for in article 27, paragraph 4 of the Convention. This arrangement shall enter into force on the first day of the third month following the date on which the Embassy receives this present Note.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands the assurances of its highest consideration.
