I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of today's date which reads as follows:

I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the foregoing is acceptable to the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands as a true record of the understandings reached in respect of Articles 2, 3 and 6 of the Extradition Treaty and to confirm that Your Excellency's Note and this reply shall constitute an agreement between our two Governments on this matter.

I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to Your Excellency the assurances of my highest consideration.
