Article 30 Verdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Arabische Republiek Egypte tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen

FINAL PROVISIONS

1 This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the exchange of the last notification confirming the completion of the legal procedures necessary to its enter into force in the two Contracting States.

2 After the entry into force of this agreement its provisions shall have effect for the first time:

a) in respect of tax withheld at source, on amounts paid or credited on or after the first day of January in the calendar year following its entry into force;

and

b) in respect of other taxes, for taxation years or periods beginning on or after the first day of January in the calendar year following its entry into force.
