Note Verbale

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic present their compliments to the Royal Netherlands Embassy and have the honour to confirm receipt of its Note dated January 26, 1999 concerning the privileges and immunities of the liaison officers at Europol.

The contents of the Note Verbale of the Royal Netherlands Embassy as well as its Attachment are as follows:

The Ministry have the honour to inform the Embassy that the Government of the Hellenic Republic agrees to the contents of the above-mentioned Note, and that the Embassy's Note and this Note expressing the agreement of the Government of the Hellenic Republic shall constitute an Agreement between the Hellenic Republic and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, which shall enter into force on the first day of the month following the day on which both Parties have informed each other in writing that the legal requirements for entry into force have been complied with.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic avail themselves of this opportunity to renew to the Royal Netherlands Embassy the assurances of their highest consideration.
