Excellency,

I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your Excellency's letter of 26 October 1995, which reads as follows:

On behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, I have further the honour to inform your Excellency that the foregoing proposal is acceptable and to confirm that Your Excellency's letter and this letter in reply, which is authentic in the Spanish and English language, shall constitute an Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Chile, which shall enter into force in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of the foregoing text.

I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to your Excellency the assurances of my highest consideration.
