Annex to paragraph 2 of Article 4 Overeenkomst ter uitvoering van artikel 45, eerste lid, van de Aanvullende Overeenkomst van 3 augustus 1959, zoals gewijzigd bij de Overeenkomsten van 21 oktober 1971, 18 mei 1981 en 18 maart 1993, bij het Verdrag tussen de Staten die partij zijn bij het Noordatlantisch Verdrag nopens de rechtspositie van hun krijgsmachten, met betrekking tot de in Duitsland gestationeerde buitenlandse krijgsmachten

1. Designation (code name, nickname) and type of manoeuvre or other training exercise,

2. time and date of the beginning and end of the manoeuvre or other training exercise, of assembly and departure, and of the preparatory measures,

3. designation of the area in which the manoeuvre or other training exercise is to be conducted (to be accompanied by maps or sketches on a suitable scale),

4.

a. the total strength of the units engaging in the exercise (with units of a different nationality to be identified separately),

b. the total number of wheeled and tracked vehicles to be employed,

c. the number of wheeled and tracked vehicles classified in or above Class 24 pursuant to STANAG 2021 (including identification of the class of the heaviest vehicle),

d. the areas and roads where vehicles are principally to be employed,

5. number, type, employment area and flight altitude of aircraft to be employed,

6. off-base landings, parachute jumps, or cargo drops from aircraft, and where such exercises are probably to take place,

7. envisaged earthworks by type and extent,

8. requirement of camouflage material,

9. employment of blank, simulator and/or smoke ammunition,

10. transshipment of fuels and lubricants,

11. employment of bridge equipment,

12. any special arrangements desired (e.g. closing of public ways or bodies of water).
