3 Overeenkomst inzake het fonds voor de bestrijding van rivierblindheid (onchocerciasis) 1992

WHO is the executing agency for the Programme. WHO is also responsible for advising countries in the carrying out of their responsibilities as they relate to the Programme operations and maintenance of disease control and for coordinating any intercountry efforts that may be required in this connection. The World Bank undertakes to use its best efforts to mobilize international resources for the Programme of which the objective and plan of action are described in Appendix II. UNDP, FAO, the World Bank and WHO, within each agency's sphere of competence, assist with socioeconomic development of the areas controlled.
