Artikel 1 Besluit bekendmaking veiling vergunningen niet-landelijke commerciële radio-omroep 2024
De vergunningen voor niet-landelijke commerciële radio-omroep in de FM-band en de DAB-band (174–230 MHz), genoemd in tabellen 1 en 2, worden, met de daaraan te verbinden voorschriften en beperkingen, verleend met toepassing van een veiling als bedoeld in artikel 3.10, eerste lid, aanhef en onderdeel f, van de Telecommunicatiewet.
